Why Was My 7OH Order Cancelled? State Shipping Limits and Carrier Rules

Why was my 7OH order cancelled? The most common reason is location. 7oh.com does not ship to certain states, counties and cities where kratom or 7-OH sales are restricted, and its refund policy treats 7-OH as final sale. For your specific order, email help@7oh.com with your order number.

This guide explains the published restrictions, how carriers handle regulated goods, and what the pending federal action could change.

Status as of October 12, 2026: 7-OH is not federally scheduled. A DEA proposal (91 FR 40917, docket DEA-1570) is pending, and on October 9, 2026, DEA issued new notices of intent using updated HHS thresholds. MGPI, MGM-15 and MGM-16 are Schedule I. State bans apply separately.

Why Was My 7OH Order Cancelled?

Most 7-OH order problems trace back to where the package is going. Retailers build shipping rules around state and local law, and 7oh.com publishes a list of places it does not ship. Its checkout is designed to block orders to those addresses.

Other order issues can come from details that cannot be changed later. The 7oh.com shipping policy says the address, cart contents and items cannot be modified once an order is submitted. 7oh.com also sells only to adults 21 and over and checks age at checkout.

The site does not publish a full list of cancellation reasons. Support is the only source that can confirm why a specific order was stopped.

Which States Does 7oh.com Not Ship To?

On October 12, 2026, the 7oh.com site footer listed seven states it does not ship to: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana and Wisconsin. It also listed specific counties and cities. The separate shipping policy page names Rhode Island and Vermont as well, so check both before ordering.

Can 7-OH Still Ship Through USPS and UPS?

As of October 12, 2026, 7-OH is not a federally controlled substance, so federal mail law does not bar it outright. Carriers still refuse goods that are illegal where they are sent. 7oh.com ships standard orders through USPS and offers UPS Next Day Air, according to its shipping policy.

USPS Publication 52, section 453, says a substance is nonmailable when its distribution would be unlawful under the Controlled Substances Act. It does not mention kratom by name. That rule would apply to 7-OH only if it is scheduled.

UPS lists "shipments prohibited by law" among its prohibited items. It does not carry goods banned in the origin or destination country, and kratom is not named.

What Happens to an Order When the Law Changes?

The 7oh.com refund policy says 7-OH products are final sale. That includes cases where the rules in your state or region change after your order goes through. The policy treats the sale as complete at checkout, so a later legal change is not grounds for a refund under its terms.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately. Contact help@7oh.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos and a description. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost or stolen packages are covered only through Route shipping protection, which is added to the cart by default and can be removed. Without Route, 7oh.com does not replace or refund lost, stolen or damaged packages. The refund policy does not separately address orders cancelled before shipment, so ask support.

What Could the Pending DEA Notice Change?

If DEA issues a temporary order placing 7-OH above a threshold in Schedule I, that order takes effect the day it is published. Products above the threshold would then be unlawful to sell or ship nationwide. The October 9, 2026 notices restarted the process, and no effective date has been announced.

HHS's recommended thresholds would cover 7-OH or MGPI above 1 mg per gram in solids or 1 mg per mL in liquids, or where the mitragynine ratio is below 100 to 1.

Federal law requires notice at least 30 days before a temporary order. Our 7-OH federal scheduling page tracks each step.

How to Check Your State Before Ordering

  • Read the restricted list in the site footer and on the shipping policy page.
  • Check your state legislature, attorney general or board of pharmacy for current kratom rules.
  • Check county and city rules, which can be stricter than state law.
  • Confirm the shipping address before you submit, since it cannot be changed afterward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why would an online order be cancelled?

Common reasons across online retail include an address the seller cannot ship to, a failed age or payment check, or an item that can no longer be sold. 7oh.com does not publish its own list, so contact support for your order.

Why are some 7-OH packages seized?

Carriers do not transport goods that are illegal at the destination, and state or local bans make kratom products unlawful in some places. Packages that break those rules can be stopped. 7oh.com does not ship to the restricted areas it lists.

What are the latest updates on the 7-OH ban?

No federal 7-OH order had been issued as of October 12, 2026. On October 9, HHS recommended updated thresholds and DEA issued new notices of intent. MGPI, MGM-15 and MGM-16 remain Schedule I.
